In person therapy in Exeter
Alexandra Topliss (MNCS Acc.)

I believe that counselling can help.
I'm Alex, a trained counsellor offering in-person support to adults and young people. I am here to walk alongside you, providing a warm and supportive space where you can feel heard, and where we can explore together whatever is happening for you.
My experience is varied, from coaching young people in secondary schools to supporting refugee families to working with adults. These experiences have given me the opportunity to help clients who are going through a wide range of life difficulties such as anxiety, stress, trauma and depression.
My approach is predominantly person-centred, which means that our work together is guided by you and what you need from counselling. I recognise that everyone is different, so I tailor my approach to you as an individual, working at a pace that feels right for you.
